About this Site
The Site exists to showcase Toromint’s product releases and to facilitate inquiries from prospective retail and wholesale partners. Toromint does not sell direct to consumers through this Site. All purchases must be made through authorized retail or wholesale partners. See our Where to Buy page for details.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes, and for legitimate business inquiries related to becoming or interacting with Toromint as a retail or wholesale partner.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Site content, product imagery, or branding without express written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any associated systems.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malicious software or excessive automated requests.
- Use the Site to impersonate Toromint or any of its affiliates, partners, or representatives.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to product designs, photography, written copy, the Toromint name, logos, marks, and trade dress — is the intellectual property of Toromint, Inc. or its licensors, and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property law.
Toromint product designs are original works. Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or commercial use of Toromint designs is prohibited.
You may not use the Toromint name, logo, or any Toromint product imagery in a manner that suggests endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without prior written authorization.
Authorized partners
Retail and wholesale partners authorized to sell Toromint products are granted limited use of certain Toromint branding and product imagery, governed by separate agreement. Use outside that agreement is not permitted.
Product information
Product specifications, mintages, release schedules, and other product details published on the Site are accurate as of the date of publication. Toromint reserves the right to update product information as designs are finalized or as circumstances require. Mintages stated on individual release pages are final once a release is announced and will not be increased.
Inquiries and submissions
When you contact Toromint or apply to become a partner, the information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Toromint reserves the right to decline any partnership inquiry or commission request, for any reason, without obligation to explain. All custom and commission work is subject to a separate approval process and does not constitute an obligation by Toromint to proceed until a written agreement is in place.
Third-party links and references
The Site may link to third-party websites — including, but not limited to, Whatnot — for informational and verification purposes. Toromint does not control these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. References to Whatnot’s Identified Product List are factual and reflect Toromint’s listing status as of the date stated; Whatnot does not endorse Toromint, and Toromint’s listing is governed by Whatnot’s policies.

Product purchases occur exclusively through authorized retail and wholesale partners. Any warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding purchased product are made by the selling partner and governed by that partner’s terms of sale, except where specifically provided in writing by Toromint.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toromint and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if Toromint has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
